Stop Losing Contracts You Should Be Winning

Most construction firms don’t lose bids because they can’t do the work. They lose because their proposals don’t compete. We fix that.

We partner with construction firms pursuing $1M+ contracts who are serious about increasing their win rate and growing their contract revenue. We don't just write proposals — we help you win.

Here is what we hear from construction firms every day:

❌ “We don’t have a dedicated BD team so proposals fall on whoever has time”

❌ “We bid on everything and win nothing”

❌ “We had no idea we were disqualified before we even submitted”

❌ “Our proposals look nothing like what the evaluator was asking for”

Does This Sound Familiar?

You’re a capable firm. Your crews do great work. But when it comes to winning contracts, especially the big ones — something keeps falling short.

The problem is not your firm. The problem is your proposal process.

What If Every Proposal You Submitted Was Built To Win?

Imagine having a team of experienced proposal strategists, writers and compliance experts working alongside your firm, analyzing every RFP, building every proposal and making sure you never walk into a bid blind again.

We Start With Strategy. Not Writing

Most proposal firms start writing the moment they get an RFP. We start by analyzing whether you should bid at all. Our Go/No-Go Compliance Matrix evaluates every requirement before a single word is written — so you only pursue contracts you can actually win.

We Are Obsessed With Your Win Rate

Every proposal we touch is built around one goal, winning. We track your win rate, study your losses, identify patterns and adjust your strategy accordingly. This is not a set it and forget it service. We are in it with you.

We Write Proposals That Evaluators Actually Score High

We know how government and private evaluators think. We write to their scoring criteria, not just to sound good. Every proposal is structured, compliant and compelling from page one to the last attachment.

We Treat Your Business Like Our Business

Every RFP, every strategy session and every piece of information you share with us is handled with complete confidentiality. We sign NDAs upon request and we never share your information with anyone.
